什麽是家族系统排列？
「系統排列」（Systemic Constellation）是德國大師伯特．海寧格（Bert Hellinger）整合了多種心理治療取向所發展而成的心靈工作法。由於其方法簡易有效，因此在歐亚美都非常盛行， 全球已超过三十多個國家運用於團體諮商，個人辅导和各种专业領域。
海寧格從個人行為及家族系統中的觀察發現，在人類的家庭系統隱含著一個影響著各個家族成員的規律，這個隱藏的規律我們稱它為「愛的序位」。個人生命中的議題或家庭中所發生的重大事件，例如家庭失和、婚姻或伴侶关系上的破裂 、身心疾病、自殺倾向、意外事件、犯罪、破產、工作/事业不順利、親子关系、孩子行為偏差`染上恶习`莫名的情緒（愤怒，焦虑，忧郁等等` 生命的意義和方向等議題，常常是因為家族中隱藏的規律受到干擾所致，因此家族中所發生的事件还可能跨世代甚至重覆發生。
家族系統排列的功能正好就是在幫助我們找出隱藏的規律、揭露問題的根源，为生命中重大事件找到解決之道。同时也能帮助家族中隱藏的動力顯化，对被排除的家族成員给于尊重和接纳，对于被牵连纠葛的家族成员给于感谢，让他们得以重新归位，愛也将得以流动和成長，生命恢復自然和諧。
导师简介：玛丽安。法兰克老师(德国 )
1942年在德国慕尼黑出生，她是两个孩子的母亲经过35年的教学生涯之后，开始接受心理治疗与家族系统排列的训练及实务操作。玛丽安目前有自己的工作室进行心理治疗和家族治疗的工作。现今她是带领家族系统排列世界著名的导师之一， 提供团体课程与个别会谈。 她的工作特别着重在学校的老师与治疗师的督导，还有针对约16-22岁的年轻人一
系统取向的方式带领团体。她对于培训学校的老师面对问题学生和他们的父母的课题特别专长。 在她的培训之下,老师们透过系统观对问题学生背后家庭的动力, 对学生有更深入的了解，从而还有能力对学生和家长们提供有效的方案，让学生们能从家庭的纠葛中获得释放。当然这样一来家长更是松了一口气，对学府的系统他们也可以给予更多的支持和配合了。
注：以老师过去18年以上的排列工作经验和所具备的条件，她可以带领大家学习广阔的层面及处理任何议题的个案。

- 夫妻/亲子/家人关系出状况，不和谐，闹僵，疏离，分裂。。。。

老师的经验分享
“近来当我在苏联和欧洲工作的时候，我主要的和特别有兴趣的课题是关于“性”的议题。因为没有人知道如何给孩子性教育以及如何陪伴青少年去驾驭他们这股性的能量，这将是一股支配他们成年后的能量，但是父母们却非常羞愧去谈论的它。
我的第二个谈论和学习课题是，如何让孩子感受到，他们的存在和生命都是一个奇迹！我们都懂孩子是如何形成和出世的，可是我们都不晓得如何定义生命的能量，那是非常有必要的。
对于这方面我为堕胎工作，来探讨它对一个家庭，还活着的兄弟姐妹，甚至一个国家的影响和意义（从胚胎开始）。因为看起来几乎每个家庭都有堕胎过。堕胎后的能量流动到哪里？人们的对于堕胎的信念是什麽？人们都会有什麽感想和感受？
我也谈到关于迁移/离国/移民，对于一个家庭的意义，探讨是什麽样的动力促使这样的移动？这样的移动会带来什麽的损失和代价？
这是我近来常常在课堂上带领和探索的课题，不过我会很愿意跟马来西亚的伙伴分享任何大家有兴趣的其他课题或学习。让我们好好的去体验和学习：身体知道一却答案 ！

5 days Family Constellation Supervision Class

What is Family Constellation ?
In constellations work, underlying and hidden dynam- ics in a family systems become visible and thus create an opportunity for emotions, feelings and behavior to change. This process opens doors so that love can flow again. Relationships between parents and children, couples , teachers and students and other relationships seem relax and reconcile. We will also gain deeper and broader insights about client; physical , emotional or mental sufferings. Participants may bring their issues, concerns and questions to the workshop .
About facilitator : Marianne Franke
She was born in Munich, Germany 1942 and a mother to two sons (at their 30s now). After teachings for 25 years in school, she started her into healing works and Family Constellations. She has great passions in guiding and training school teachers to apply Systemic Constellations principles in schools. With these principles teachers will be able to see beyond the difficult children in school, it has so much to do with their family dynamics that stop them from performing well in school. With this understanding, teachers in school will be able to help these children to be free from entanglements, Parents feel relief too when they understand why are their children fail in school and become more co- operative with school teachers.
Marianne is also leading group works especially for youngsters between 16-22 of age.
p/s : However with her more than 18 years of experiences working with people, she is able to guide and lead us in any issues that might be interested by participants.

Whom should attend ?
Those who want to learn constellation work and also to show teachers, therapists, parents, medical doctors, social workers, care givers , lawyers and everybody who wants to turn towards systemic way of thinking and living.
Everybody will learn how constellation work brings us to new attitudes and help to gain health and power of love.
Content Of The Class:-
- To look at our own issue and make constellation
- Learning in different ways through Family Constellations, Systemic Constellation and Mixed Constellation.
- Learning to make decision, where and what to focus or to put more emphasis in a constellation
- Learning how to go with a constellation after the work
- Learning about feelings and how to go with them (important both for constellator and clients)
- Learning about who should constellate and what to do with clients, who should not constellate (to learn all reasons)
- Learning about the point when constellation ends • Learning about short healing sentences and body-attitudes : eg. Bowing, kneeing, turning, going out, leaving etc…
(There will be lecture, small group exercises, constellations etc..)

from her recent work experiences in Europe & Russia !
“This time, working here in Europe, also Russia, my most important interest is on sexuality (no- body knows, how to educate children and how to accompany the teenagers with this new upcoming sexual power in themselves which will dominate their adult life and how parents are ashamed, to talk about).
My second focus is, how can children feel, their existence is a miracle. We know, how they are made and are born – but we cannot define the energy – this life energy – which is necessary. In that point of view we will work about abortion, what it means to a family, to the siblings who live, to a country, which looks upon so many abortions in mostly every family. Where is the power after the abortion? What do people believe, what do they think?
I have written a speech about: The body shows and knows the way. It deals about the very first relationships From Symbioses in mother’s womb to Relationship with mother, father, sibling.
Also the theme of migration/ emigration / immigration will come up. What does it mean for the family, which power brings you to that movements? People moved in every times we can remember and developed themselves with the movement – but what is the loss, the price we pay in the same time? ”
P/s : The above is for reference of what might be delivered during supervision class. However, Marianne has more than 18 years of experiences working with clients, teachers, children , parents and other professionals, she would be able to guide and lead us with any topic that might come out here in Malaysia (for example sent away child, gambling, drug addict, sexual abuse, couple relationship, etc…..). Therefore, participants are free to raise any topic they might be interested and relating to their current situation or working with clients.
